Account Deletion
To request account deletion:
- Go to Settings in your Toggle account
- Find your User ID
- Send an email to hi@toggle-ga.me with subject "delete"
- Include the following template in your email:
I would like to request the deletion of my Toggle account. User ID: [Your User ID] I understand this action cannot be undone.
Reporting Issues
If you encounter any technical issues:
- Go to Settings to find your User ID
- Send an email to hi@toggle-ga.me with subject "issue"
- Include the following information:
Issue Description: [Describe the problem] User ID: [Your User ID] Device: [Your device type] Browser: [Your browser name and version]
Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days. For urgent matters, please ensure you include your User ID and use the appropriate email subject to help us prioritize your request.
