1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the Toggle application (here in after "the Application").Toggle is jointly managed by Gaspard TAPON and Val Brochard, acting as self-employed entrepreneurs (hereinafter collectively referred to as "We" or "The co-founders").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Application Access

Access to the Application is free, subject to having a compatible device and internet connection. Some Application features may be reserved for users who have subscribed to a premium version, as described in the Application sections.

3. Application Usage

The Application is intended for personal and non-commercial use. You agree to use the Application in accordance with the law and not to:

• Use the Application for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to disassemble, decompile, or modify the Application
• Use automated means to interact with the Application (bots, crawlers, etc.)

4. User Account

Some Application features may require creating a user account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating the account and to keep this information confidential.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application content, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights and is the exclusive property of Gaspard Tapon. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Application or its content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. Gaspard Tapon cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application, inability to use it, or any loss of data related to the use of the Application.

7. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of modifications through an Application update or message. By continuing to use the Application after a modification, you accept the new Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application in case of non-compliance with these Terms or any abusive use.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in France. Any dispute relating to the use of the Application will be submitted to the competent French courts.
